The position she loved the most was the Accenture Subcontractor Category lead for North America. This role sharpened her contingent labour, VMS and MSP knowledge. Her pivotal role at Accenture was as the Global Business Lead for the Ariba on Demand deployment that was rolled out to over 400,000 people in less than 24 months.
Prior to co-founding Contrax, John spent a decade in the staffing Industry. He began his recruitment life in London, England. His focus turned to the North American Supply Chain market in 2007, carving a niche within procurement consulting and contingent workforce management.
John was named on the SIA (Staffing Industry Analysts) top 40 under 40 list for 2020. Having built a career in both staffing and procurement consulting, John has implemented and run dozens of contingent workforce programs and VMS technologies, managing billions of dollars in spend. John focuses on helping clients work towards leading edge programs, tools and processes.
Prior to co-founding Contrax, Wayne was a tireless champion for clients with Accenture’s Procurement practice with specific experience across the Contingent Labour spectrum. Wayne has run contingent labour VMS programs up to $2bn in annual spend.
Wayne has deep consulting & operational delivery experience. He is a talented leader of organizations and has a proven track record of driving significant customer value in several key areas including: Supply channel & operations design and delivery; Process re-engineering & design; Organizational assessment & design; Category Management; Asset Disposition; Strategic Sourcing.
Geoff has 20+ years of national staffing experience, recruitment outsourcing and contract labour consulting. Geoff has deep experience in designing, implementing and running a range of contingent workforce programs from small to national and enterprise in scope.
As a passionate, client driven executive, Geoff oversees all of our delivery function and a large team of client resources.
