One area of focus for self run MSP’s should be to minimize and download tactical and operational workload. Areas like the tactical components of vendor & compliance management, invoice processing and payment, supplier help desk to name a few.

Focusing your companies staff on supporting the business in understanding needs & ensuring jobs are filled with the right people will go along way to drive up customer engagement and satisfaction. In addition, the operational benefits will be significant. Look to download this work to a trusted and neutral consolidator with a strong scope of work and SLA’s.

In my experience your internal customers and suppliers will thank you.
